There is hereby created a Board of Maternity and Infant _cmmm.s¤a mts Hygiene, which shall consist of the Chief of the Children’s Bureau, ""‘°“ °‘· the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, and tl1e_United States Commissioner of Education, and which is hereafter designated m this Act as the Board.
