That a marine, fire-marine, or fire insurance company may be formed, admitted or licensed to write an or all insurance and reinsurance comprised in any one or more of tire following numbered subdivisions: Marine risks. First. On marine risks as described in section 1 of this Act under the definition of " marine insurance." Firmrc. Second.
