Hairilackson, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $43, which by her was pai to John J. Langston, a recruit' serigeant in the United States marine service, for the purposeubl de raying the transportation home of her son, and which amount the said sergeant appropriated to his own use, and thereafter deserted, and IS now a deserter, there being more than a sufficient amount due by the Government to said sergeant at the time of his desertion to reimburse the said Mrs. E.
