Approved, March 4, 1923. CHAP. 338.-An Act Granting six months’ pay to Harriet B. Castle. ii;°i°1i1_§’4i;§’g?j Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the ecre- six_ months’ min tary of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be ‘°'d"“‘h°' paid, from the appropriation for benenciaries of officers who die while on the active list of the Navy, to Harriet B. Castle, widow of Guy W. S. Castle, late lieutenant commander, United States Na , an amoimt equal to six months’ pa at the rate the said Guy Castle was receiving at the date of his death. Approved, March 4, 1923. CHAP. 339.-An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to sell a portion [H. R.·i'4iggj of the Federal building site in the city of Duquoin, Illinois. Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the _ United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary £§,‘}“&"{,;,§?,1é,¤gs,,€ of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered, in léeggmgg ggkitdvio thi his discretion, to sell to the Christian Church of Duquoin, Illinois, ' that portion of the Federal building site in said city, fronting thirty feet on the eastern boundary of said site extending eastwardly of that width, one hundred feet, along the entire northern boundary of said church property; at such time and upon such terms, but at not less than the appraised value determined y him, as he may deem to be to the best interests of the United States; to convey the land mmm 0, mcwdl to said Christian Church by the usual quitclaim deed; and to deposit P the proceeds of such sale in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous receipt derived from the sale of public property.
