The operation of the present Convention is confined to cases in - °°”““°d°°°“°“°°° which the offences mentioned in the preceding Article havin been gi¤¤ii<l!=ii0d Sims or committed in the United States or in the Dominion of Canaga, the person charged with the offence is found in the Dominion of Canada or in the United States respectively. _Anr1cLrz 3. _ The (present Convention shall be considered as an integral part of apIQii2'§§i§°”"””°“ the said Extradition Conventions of the 12th Jul , 1889, and the 13th December, 1900, and the 12th April, 1905, and the 1st Article of the said Convention of the 12th July, 1889, shall be read as if the lists of crimes therein contained had originally comprised the additional crimes specified and numbered 16 in the 1st Article of the present L‘m*°°“°¤· Convention, subject to the provision contained in Article 2.
