A PROCLAMATION ?N•“°”*u°" WHEREAS, certain lands within the State of North Carolina, °°i*¤i¤.i»1e acquired b the United States under authority of the Act of Congress v°"°°"‘°°1‘ a proved {birch first, nineteen hundred and eleven (Thirty-sixth Statutes at Large, e nine hundred and sixty-one), entitled "An Act To enable any State to cooperate with any other State, or States, or with the United States, for the protection of watersheds of navible streams, and to appoint a commission for the acquisition of lands fdr the purpose of conserving the navigability of navigable rivers", {,’g{·*‘},P·§;§; lm, have, by proclamations of the President of October 17, 1916, ua;.
