Frsnmo UNLAWFUL, w11nN.—It shall be unlawful for ,,,§"§{‘,},“,€;°§§,;;,{§’,§;°,§‘,fi any person to Hsh for, or catch, or attempt to catch 8.11,1y halibut l¤*g¤$}0m1)imdw&wB (hippoglossus) at any time during the close season in the erritorial ` waters of the United States, or for any national or inhabitant of the United States to fish for, or catch, or attempt to catch, any halibut at any time during the close season in rohibited waters. _ _ The unintentional catching of halibut, when legall§ fishing for other “,§§§°§‘§§’,‘§f§¤'i§‘,{f*}§ species of fish, shall not constitute a violation o this Act if such ¤¤¢df¤**<>°d· halibut shall be used for food by the crew of the vessel catching the same, or be landed and immediately delivered to any authorized ,,,?f,,§§§,"f*'°° “’ "‘s“` official of the Bureau of Fisheries of the Department of Commerce of the United States or the fishing authorities of the Dominion of Canada. The halibut delivered to any official of the United States U§§’§d §§,,,,‘§'l°i‘“ “‘ p)ursuant to the provisions of this section shall be sold by the epartment of Commerce to the highest bidder for cash and the proceeds therefrom, exclusive of necessary expenses in connection therewith, shall be covered into the Treasury of the United States. UNLAWFUL roar usrz; nm·An·rrmns.—No person, firm, or ,tgS°,§,,,,"°'Q‘,,"{',,§"{,§,'},f{ corporation shall use any port of or place in the United States to l¤ V*°l¤*i<>¤»¤¤l¤W'¤i· furnish, prepare, or outfit any vessel, boat, or other craft intended to be used in violation of this Act, nor shall any person permit, or cause to be permitted, any vessel, boat, or other craft intended to be used in violation of this Act to depart from any port of or place in the United States. Sec. 5.
