United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Aueys in Sdlulinul eiiii Commissioners of the District of Columbia be, and they hereby are, '°“"““g°°‘ authorized and directed to rearrange the public alley facilities in square 616 in the District of Columbia by the opemn of a new public alley along and over the west ten feet in width by one undred and thirty-five feet in length of the Iot designated for assessment and taxation purposes as lot 801 in said square, now occupied as the site for the O Street. vocational school, and likewise by the opening of a new public alley along and over the east ten feet in width by one hundred and thirty-five feet in length of said lot 801; and upon the opening and paving without cost to the mgegg P;>£2>°¤;*°\{>r·j abutting private property owners of said new public alleys the pow. p Commissioners of the District of Columbia are further authorized and directed to close the rtion of the public alley thirty feet in width by one hundred andxgeventeen and thirty-six one-hundredths feet in length now existing and abutting upon the north boundary of said lot 801, and to use said closed portion of said alley for school purposes.
