Importation, of diseased animals prohibite·d.——Tl1e·__i1n portation of meatf cattle. sheep, and other ruminn.nts,- and swine, which are diseased or infected with any disease, or ·.t·hit·h shall have been exposed to such infection within isixty days next before their importation, is hereby prohibited Provided; That. the Secretary of Agriculture within his discretion and {under such regulations as he mayprescribe, is authorized to permit the admission from Mexico into the.
