ern Rail way Compan y of Congress is hereby granted to the Danville and Western may rec onstr uct, etc ., bridge across, in Pitt- Railway Company, a corporation of the State of Virginia, its sylvania County, Va . successors and assigns, to reconstruct, maintain, and operate its existing railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Dan River, at a point seven and eight-tenths miles west of Danville, in Pittsyl vania County, in the State of Virginia, in accordance with voi34, p . 84. the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construc- tion of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 .
Right to sell, etc., SEC . 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the conferred . rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Danville and Western Railway Company, a corporation of the State of Virginia, its successors and assigns ; and any corporation to which such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or which shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation .
