The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the c onferred . to sell, etc ., rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Chicago South Shore and South Bend Railroad, its successors and assigns, and any corporation to which or person to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation or person . R.14469 .] Allegh eny, Pennsylvani a, to construct a bridge across the Youghiogheny River [Public, No . 736 .] between the borough of Versailles and the village of Boston, in the township of Elizabeth, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent Youghiogheny River . of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Allegheny, in the maylebridge, between Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate Versailles and Boston, a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Youghio- gheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, approximately two miles above its junction with the Monongahela River, between the borough of Versailles and the village of Boston, in the township of Elizabeth, in the county of Allegheny, Common- wealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the con struct ion .
