For maintenance, care, repair, and operation of passenger-carry- ing automobiles owned by the District of Columbia, $77,525 ; for exch ange of su ch pa ssen ger-c arryi ng a utomo biles now owne d by the District of Columbia as, in the judgment of the commissioners of said District, have or shall become unserviceable, $16,110 ; and for the purc hase of pa sseng er-c arryi ng au tomo biles as f ollo ws : Highways department, one at $500 and one at $765, Public Library, one at $500, in all, $ 95,400 .
