(Judic ial C ode, sectio n 110, ame nded .) VERMONT .- Vermont judicial dis- trict . The State of Vermont shall constitute one judicial district to be known as the district of Vermont . [Public, No . 838 .1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, Th at the provision navy- contained in the Act approved July 1, 1918 (Fo rti eth St atu tes at Lar ge, page 709 ), r eadi ng as fo llow s, " And the time served by ser ed on active do me dental officers on active duty as acting assistant dental surgeons and Vol. 40, p. 709 . assistant dental surgeons under provisions of law existing prior to the pa ssage of this Ac t shall be recko ned in c omputing the inc reased service pay and se rvice for precedence and pr omotion of d ental officers herein authorized or heretofore appointed," shall be held and considered to apply to all officers of the Dental Corps of the Navy who had previously served on active duty as assistant dental surgeons pursuant to the provisions of the Act approved Marc h 4, 1 913 Vol. 37, pp. 344, 903.
