United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for Time extended for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the bridging, at Smith- Cumberland River, at or near Smithland, Kentucky, authorized to be built by the State Highway Commission, Commonwealth of Ken- tucky, by the Act of Congress approved May 18, 1928, are hereby Ante, p.sos. extended one and three years, respectively, from May 18, 1929 .
