SEC . 22 . As used in this Act- "P erson ."

(a) The term "person" means an individual, partnership, association, or corporation . "German national ."

(b) The term "German national" means- (1) An individual who, on April 6, 1917, was a citizen or subject of Germany, or who, on the date of the enactment of this Act, is a citizen or subject of Germany. (2) A partnership, association, or corporation, which, on April 6, 1917, was o rganized or c reated under the law of Ger many . ember of former (3) The Government of Germany r uli M ng family ." (e) The term " Hungarian national " means- (1) An individual who, on December 7, 1917, was a citizen of Hungary, or who, on the date of the enactment of this Act, is a citizen of Hungary .
