CHAP. 272 .-An Act To provide funds for the upkeep of the Puy allup Indian Cemete ry at Tacoma, Washin gton . Be it enacted by the Senate a nd House of Re presentatives o f t h e United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to set aside on the books of his office under an appropriate designation the sum of $25,000 from the tribal funds of the Puyallup Indians accruing und er the Act of March 3, 189 3 (Tw enty-seventh Statutes at Large, page 633), as a permanent trust fund at 4 per centum interest, to be credited semiannually and used only for the upkeep of the Puyallup Indian Cemetery in the city of Tacoma, Washington, under the direction of and in conformity with rules and regulations prescribed b y the Secreta ry of the Interior, upon appropriations . CHAP. 273 .-Joint Resolution To provide that the United States extend to the Permanent Internatio nal Association o f Ro ad Con gre sse s a n i nvi tat ion to ho ld the sixth session of the association in the United States, and for the expenses thereof . Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the United State s o f America in Congress assembled, That the Presi - dent be, and is hereby, authorized and requested to extend to the Permanent International Association of Road Congresses an invita- tion to hold the sixth session of the association in the United States, either in 1929 or 1930, as the association may determine. SEc . 2. That the sum of $25,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated for the expenses of such session, including printing of reports, compensation of em- ployees, transportation, subsistence or per diem in lieu of subsistence (notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act), and such expenses as may be actually and necessarily incurred by the Government of the United States by reason of such invitation in. the observance of appropriate courtesies . Atchison,Kans .,may United States of America in Congress assembled, That in order to bridge . promote interstate commerce, improve the postal service, and provide for military and other purposes, the city of Atchison, Kansas, and the county of Buchanan, Missouri, or either of them, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable Const ruction .
