For every parcel weighing up to one kilogram (two pounds) mailed in one country and ad- dressed for delivery in the other, whether ordinary, or insured, a payment of 60 centimes gold shall be made; for every parcel weigh- ing over one kilogram and not over five kilograms (eleven pounds), a payment of 1 franc gold shall be made; and for every parcel weighing over five kilo- grams and not over ten kilo- grams (twenty-two pounds), a payment of 1.80 francs gold shall be made by the dispatching Ad- ministration to the receiving Administration. oe~.npBldreturnedpar. 4.
