WHEREAS, it appears that it would be in the public interest to Fo~:t'FlB~ational exclude from the Florida National Forest, in the State of Florida, the Preamble. Ocala Division thereof and to establish such division as a separate Vol. 44 , p . 2628 . National Forest t~ be designated as the Ocala National For~st. Establisbed, from NOW, THEREFORE, I, CALVIN COOLIDGE, PreSIdent of Florida National the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested Forest. by the Act of Congress approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and Vol. 30, p . 36. ninety-seven (30 Stat., 11, at 34 and 36), do proclaim that the bound- aries of the Florida National Forest are hereby changed by excluding from said Forest the Ocala Division thereof, and that said division is hereby established as the Ocala National Forest, subject to all laws applicable to the National Forests.
