Esta Oficina se·encargara: a) De reunir, coordinar, pu- blicar y distribuir los datos de toda clase que interesen especial- mente 801 Semcio Postal Pan- americano. b) De emitir, a petici6n de las partes interesadas, su opini6n sobre cuestiones litigiosas que se presenten con motivo de las dis- posiciones que ataiien a las rela- ciones de las Administraciones contratantes. c) De dru a conocer las solici- tudes de modificaciones de las actas del Congreso que puedan formularse. d) De notificar los cambios que fueren adoptados. e) De informar los resultados que se obten~an de las disposi- ciones y medidas reglamentarias de importancia, que las Adminis- traciones adopten en su servicio interno y que Ie seran comuni- cadas por las mismas a titulo informa.tivo. f) De la formaci6n de una Guia Postal Panamericana. g) De confeccionar un Atlas Postal Pana.mericano. h) De formular el resumen de la estadistica postal panameri- cana, de acuerdo con los datos que Ie comunicara anua.lmente cada administraci6n. i) De formar un cuadro en que aparezcan las vias mas rapidas para la transmisi6n de la corres- pondencia de uno a otro de los paises contratantes. j) De publicar la tarifa de portes del servicio interior de cada uno de los pruses interesados y el cuadro de equivalencias. k) De redactar y distribuir entre los pafses de la Uni6n Postal Panamericana, anual- mente, una memoria de los tra- bajos que realice. 1) Y, en general, de llevar a r-abo los estudios y trabajos que se Ie pidan en mteres de los pruses contratantes. )tl~~rlbutlon of ex' 3. Los gastos especiales que demande la formaci6n de la Memoria anual, Guia Postal Pan- americana, confecci6n del Atlas 2. This Office will be charged with: a) Assembling, co-ordinating, publishing and distributing in- formation of all kinds which specially concerns the Pan-Amer- ican Postal Service. b) Giving, at the request of the parties concerned, itis opinion on disputed questions which arise in connection with the provisions relative to the relations of the contracting Administrations. c) Making known the requests for modifications of the Acts of the Congress which may be formulated. d) Giving notice of the changes which may be adopted. e) Making known the results obtained from the regulatory pro- visions and measures of impor- tance which the Administrations may adopt in their domestic service, which will be communi- cated to it by the same Adminis- trations as inform!tion. f) Preparing a Pan-American Postal Guide. g) Preparing a Pan-American Postal Atlas. h) Making up the summary of the Pan-American postal statis- tics, in accordance with the data which will be communicated to it annually by each Administra- tion. i) Preparing a table showing the most rapid routes for the transmission of correspondence from one contracting country to another. j) Publishing the tariff of post- age rates of the domestic service of each one of the countries con- cerned, and the table of equiva- lents. k) Publishing and distributing among the countries of the Pan- American Postal Union, annually, a report of the work which it performs. l) And, in general, carrying out the studies and labors requested of it in the interest or the con- tracting countries. 3.
