No parcel. shall exceed twenty-two J?ounds (ten kilo- grams) in weIght, four feet (one hundred and twenty-two centi- meters) in length, or six feet (one hundred and ei~hty centimeters) in length and girth combined. 2. As regards the exact calcu- lation of the weight and dimen- sions of parcels, the view of the despatching office shall be ac- cepted, save in cases of obvious error.
