Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved March 10, 1928, to be built by the Lo uisi ana Hig hway Com mis sion acr oss the Atc hafa laya Riv er, at or nea r Morg an Cit y, Sai nt Mar y Pari sh, Lo uisian a, are hereb y extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. SEC. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, January 15, 1931 . CHAP. 31 .-An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Louisiana High way Commis sion to co nstruct, ma intain, an d operate a free hig hway bridge across t he Atchafalay a River at or near Krotz Springs, Louisiana . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Unit ed States of Americ a in Congress assem bled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Louisiana Highway Commis- sion to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Atchafalaya River, at a point suit- able to the interests of navigation, at or near Krotz Springs, Saint Landry, and Point Cou pee Parishes, Louisiana, in accordance wi th the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the con- struction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. SEC . 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, January 15, 1931 .
