Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby dedicated to permanent use for street purposes that portion of the old post-office site at Wichita, Kansas, described as follows : Begin- ning at the northeast corne r of lot L on Market Street, in Greiffen- steins Reserve, Greiffensteins Addition to Wichita, running thence south on the west line of Market Street twenty feet to a point four feet north of the north line of the Federal Building ; thence west one hundred and forty-seven feet to the west line of said lot L and parallel with the north line of said Federal Building, which is also two-tenths of a foot north of the north face of buttress surround- ing the area leading to basement of said Federal Building
