Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representative s of the Uni ted States of America in C ongress assem bled, That the Smith- tu tio o nthsonian fnsti- sonian Institution is hereby authorized to extend the Natural History Additions to Natural Building of the United States National Museum by additions on the History to be approved cast and west ends thereof, in accordance with plans to be approved by Fine Arts Com- mission . by the Commission of Fine Arts, and to engage, if necessary, archi- tectural and inspection services, without regard to the restrictions of existing law governing such services .
