CHAP . 565 .-An Act Authorizing the Government of the United States to participate in the international hygiene exhibition at Dresden, Germany, from May 6, 1930, to October 1, 1930, inclusive . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That for the pur- pose of permitting the Government of the United States to partici- pate in the international hygiene exhibition at Dresden, Germany, May 6, 1930, to October 1, 1930, inclusive, the Surgeon General of the Army, the Surgeon General of the Navy, and the Surgeon Gen- eral of the Public Health Service are hereby authorized to send representati ves from thei r departments to remain the re during the period of the exhibition . SEC. 2. The sum of $5,000 is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the expenses of the United States participating in this exhibition. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That in o rder to promote interstate commerce, improve the postal service, and provide for military and other purposes, the Tidewater Toll Properties (Incorporated), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Mary- land, its legal representatives and assigns, be, and is hereby, author- ized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Choptank River at or n ear Cambridge . Maryl and, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construc- tion of bridges over navigable waters, approved March 23, 1906," and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act .
