Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United St ates of Americ a in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby gra nted to the S tate of Minnes ota, Le Sueur County and Sibley County, in the State of Minnesota, to construct, Construction . maintain, an d operate a f ree bridge an d approaches t hereto across the Minnesota River at a point suitable to the interests of naviga- tion, at or near Henderson, Minnesota, in accordance with the pro- visions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Rever sion for non- user. tory of Hawaii," approved April 30, 1900, as amended, is amended to read as follows " SEC. 26. That the members of the legislature shall receive for their services, in addition to mileage at the rate of 20 cents a mile each way, the sum of $1,000 for each regular session, payable in three equal installments, on and after the first, thirtieth, and fiftieth days of the session, to be appropriated by Congress from any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, based upon regular esti- mates submitted through the Secretary of the Interior : Provided, That said members shall receive from the Treasury of the Territory $500 as compensation for any extra session held under the provi- sions of existing law : Provided further, That the said sums herein authorized to be appropriated from the Federal Treasury for mile- age and per diem of members for regular sessions shall constitute the only sums to be app ropriated by the Congress for legislativ e expenses ." CHAP . 649 .-An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to grant a right of way for street purposes upon and across the Holabird Q uartermaster Depot Military Reservation, in the State of Maryland . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant an easement for a right of way to the city of Baltimore, State of Maryland, to improve, widen, and maintain Twenty-seventh Street, to be known as Cornwall Street, on the Holabird Quartermaster Depot Military Reservation, Maryland, on such terms and conditions as the Secretary of War may prescrib e : Pro vid ed, That the const ruction and m aintenance of said thoroughfare shall be without expense to the United States and whenever the lands within said right of wa y shall cease to be used for street or highway purposes, they shall . revert to the United States .
