Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uni ted State s of Amer ica in C ongress a ssembled, That th e consen t of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Arkansas, through its State highway department, to construct, maintain, and operate a fr ee highwa y bridge and appro aches ther eto acros s the Sai nt Francis River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or n ear Lake City, Ark ansas, on State Hig hway Numb ered 18, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regu- late the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations con- tained in this Act .
