S. Code, title 16, sec. 473), do proclaim. that a portion of the boundary between said Salmon and Lemhi National Forests in unsurveyed Tps. 16 N., Rs. 21 and 22 E., Boise meridian, is hereby changed so that certain lands hitherto a part of the Salmon National Forest in said unsurveyed townships are thereby transferred to the Lemhi National Forest, the exact location of such lands being more clearly shown on a map prepared by the United States Forest Service, dated September 16, 1930, a copy of which is on file in the United States Department of State, Wasbington, D. C . It is not intended by this proclamation to exclude any lands from the said Salmon National Forest i or to add any lands to the Area atlected. October 22, 1930. Export of arms, etc., to Brazil. AND WHEREAS, it is provided by Section II of the said Joint Resolu- tion that "Whoever exports any arms or munitions of war in violation of Section I shall on conviction be punished by fine not exceeding $10,000, or by imprisonment not exceeding two years or both."
