Xand E. }~ SW. %sec.4 lying south and east of the southern boundary of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Co.'s right of way; E. }~, SW. Xand that part of the E. %NW. Xsec. 9 lying south and east of the southern boundary of said right of way; SW.
