Be it enacted by the Senate and H OU8e of Representatives of the United State8 of America in Oongress assembled, That the Admin- istrator of Veterans' Affairs be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place en the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws: The name of Rebecca H. Cook, widow of James N. W . Cook, late of Company D, Sixteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillerv, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month and increase~ the rate to $30 per month from and after the date she shall have attained the age of sixty years, which fact shall be determined by the submission of satisfactory evidence by the beneficiary to the Bureau of Pensions. The name of Anna Brubaker, widow of Jeremiah Brubaker, late of Company F, Twelth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Infantry, and Company G, One hundred and ninetieth Regiment Pennsyl- vania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month.
