A PROCLAMATION. 8UP~lementary ~x· WHEREAS a supplementary Extradition Convention between the ~tj~~.onventlOn' United States of America and the Republic of France was concluded and signed by their respective Plenipotentiaries at Paris on the fif- teenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the original of which Convention, being in the English and French languages, is word for word as follows: Contracting Powers. The United States of America 8.nd the Republic of France being desirous of enlarging the list of crimes and offences on account of which extradition may be granted under the Convention concluded Vol. 37, p. 1526. between the United States and France January 6, 1909, have re- solved to conclude a supplemen- tary Convention for this purpose and have apJ)ointed for that pur- pose the following plenipoten- tiaries: Plenipotentiaries.
