Registered and insured par- cels shall be enclosed in separate sacks from those in which ordi- nary parcels are contained and in separate sacks from e!lch other, and the labels of sacks containing registered or insured parcels shall be marked with such distinctive symbols as may from time to time be agreed upon. V. BILLING OF PARCELS 1. Registered and insured par- cels shall each be entered on sepa- rate parcel bills and shall be listed individually. The entries shall show in respect to each registered and IDsured parcel the registra- tion or insurance number, as the case may be, and the office (and state or country) of origin. 2. The entry on the bill of any retu"Iled parcel must be followed by the word "Returned." 3. Each dispatching office of exchange shall number the parcel bills in the upper left-hand comer, commencing each year a fresh series for each office of exchange of destination. Las etiquetas correspondientes a sacos que contienen paquetes pos- tales registrados deberan marcarse con simbolos distintivos y en conformidad con 10 que se re- solviere oportunamente. V. INSCRIPCION EN LAS HOJAS DE RUTA 1. Tanto los paquctes registra- dos como los ascgurados debera,n anotarse individualmente en hojas de ruta distintas que corres- pondan a cada clase. Los si- guientes datos relativos a cada paquete registrado 0 con valor declarado 0 asegurado, han de anotarse en la hOI'a de ruta; el m1mero de serie de registro 0 del paquete asegurado, segUn se trate de uno U otro, y la oficina (Estado o pais) de origen. 2. En Ia entrada. de Ia hoja de ruta correspondiente a un paquete devuelto, se expresara. esa . cir- cunstancia. 3. Cada Oficina de cambio numerara. las hojas de ruta. poniendo el m1mero correspon- diente en la esquina izquierda superior, comenzandose cada ano una nueva serie, para carla Oficina de cambio destinataria.
