Resolved by the Senate and House of Repr esentatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the time within which the War Policies Commission, created by Public Reso- lution Numbered 98, Seventy-first Congress, approved June 27, 1930, was required to submit its final report to the Congress be, and the same is hereby, extended ninety days .
