Reindeer for Alaska : For support of reindeer stations in Alaska and ins tructi on in the ca re and manag ement o f rein deer, includ ing salaries of necessary employees in Alaska, traveling expenses of employees, including expenses of new appointees from Seattle, Wash- ington, to their posts of duty in Alaska, and expenses of packing, crating, and transportation ncluding drayage) of personal effects of employees upon permanent change of station within Alaska, under regulations to be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior, pur- chase, erection, and repair of cabins for supervisors, herders, and apprentices, equipment, and all other necessary miscellaneous expenses, $32,400, to be available immediately .
