Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the bridge now bei ng con struct ed by the St ate of Minnes ota ac ross t he Mis sis- sippi River at Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and located on Trunk Highway Numbered 35, if completed in accordance with the plans accepted by the Chief of Engineers and the Secretary of War, shall be a lawful structure, and shall, together with the persons ownin or cont rollin g it, be sub ject t o the provisi ons of the A ct ent itle "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . SEC . 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, March 25, 1932 .
