ARTfcULO 9 Las presentes disposiciones Be- ran ejecutivas a partir del dia de la entrada en vigor del Convenio de la Uni6n Postal de las Amm- cas y Espana. ARTICLE 9 The present provisions shall become effective on the dat.e of entry into force of the Conven- tion of the Postal Union of the Americas and Spain.
