Incurable sick and wounded whose mental or physical fitness appears to have suffered consider- able diminution; 3. Cured sick and wounded whose mental or physical fitness appears to have suffered consider- able diminution. B.- HOSPITALISATION EN PAYS B. HOSPITALIZATION IN A NEUTRAL NEUTRE.
