Hurley, for damages resulting from the failure of the Government to execute and perform a CODcract in accordance with his proposal accepted June 27, 1928, for the installation of an ash bin in the State, War, and Navy Building, Washington, District of Columbia, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim the Appropriation. sum of not to exceed $553.50. There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $553.50, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for payment of the claim. June 27, 1932.
