WAIVER BY LICENSEE F ORE IGN SH IPS SEC . 306 . Section 301 of this Act shall not apply to any person sending radio communications or signals on a foreign ship while the same is within the jurisdiction of the United States, but such communications or signals shall be transmitted only in accordance with such regul atio ns de signe d to prev ent i nterf eren ce as may be promulgated under the authority of this Act . ALLOCATION OF FACILITIES ; TERM OF LICENSES SEC . 307. (a) The Commission, if public convenience, interest, or ne cessit y will be se rved t hereby , subj ect to the li mitati ons of this Act, shall grant to any applicant therefor a station license provided for by this Act.
