[Public, No. 130 .1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Act enti tled "An Act to proh ibit the sal e, m anuf actu re, and impo rtat ion of intoxicating liquors in the Territory of Hawaii during the period of the war, except as hereinafter provided ", approved May 23, 1918 (U .S .C ., title 48, sec . 520), is repealed . SEC. 2 . Title II of the National Prohibition Act, as amended and supplemented, and the Act e ntitled "An A ct to provide revenue by the taxation of certain nonintoxicating liquor, and for other pur- poses ", approved March 22, 1933, except such provisions of such title and of such Act of March 22, 1933, as shall be retained in force and effect in the States, are repealed to the extent such title and such Act of March 22, 1933, are in force and effect in the Territory of Hawaii . SEC . 3 . Section 13 of the Revised Statutes (U .S .C ., title 1, sec . 29) shall not apply with respect. t o any penalty, forfeiture, or liability incurred under any provision repealed by this Act .
