F . Colvin, his wife, and such other persons, or any of them, arising out of the condemnation of such tract, and providing for the transfer to the said C. F . Colvin by the United States of all right, title, and interest of the United States in the south portion of the Colvin tract, such portion being the south ten feet of the west sixty-six feet of the north twenty-two feet of such lot 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed, upon the filing of such stipUlation in the court in such proceedings, to transfer to the said C. F . [Private, No. 370 .] Be it enacted by the Senate (JJfI.(] House'of Representatives of the United States of America in Oongre8s assembled, That the claim of c'!i P y Fuller and W. P . Fuller and Company, of San Francisco, California, against ~.:;mbrlng suit for the United States for damages alleged to have been caused by a =~~ &!=-r:D~ collision on or about November 29, 1912, in San Francisco Harbor, trict Court. between their steamer Suno.! and the Government tug Angel Island, then in the service of the Immigration Bureau of the Department of Commerce and Labor, may be sued for by the said W. P . Fuller and Company in the District Court of the Umted States for the Northern District of California, sitting as a court of admiralty and acting Jurisdiction of court. under the rules governing such court, and said court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine such suit and to enter a judg- ment or decree for the amount of such damages and costs, if any, as shall be found to be due against the United States in favor of the said W. P. Fuller and Comfany or against the said W. P . Fuller and Company in favor 0 the United States upon the same principles and measures of liability as in like cases in admiralty between private parties and with the same rights of appeal: Provided, That such notice of the said suit shall be given to the f:~ot.
