Decker, with interest from March 15, 1928, to September 15, 1928, without presen- tation of the bond, said bond having been assigned in blank by the registered payee and alleged to have been lost, stolen, or destroyed in the First State Bank and Trust Company, of MIssion, Texas: ProftIoI.
