Le present Reglement sera exe- cutoire a partir du jour de la mise en vigueur de l'Arrangement concernant l'Echange des Colis Postaux, et aura la m~me duree que cet Arrangement. THEOFANOPOULOS 3. The recapitulation trans- mission, examination and accept- ance of these accounts must not be delayed, and the payment of the balance shall take place, at the latest, at the expiration of the following quart.er. 4. The balance resulting from the adjustment of the accounts between the two Administrations is paid by a sight draft drawn on N ew York, or by some other means mutually agreed upon by correspondence. The expenses of payment are chargeable to the debtor Administration. ARTICLE 10 Miscellaneous Notijications. The Administrations shall com- municate to each other a sum- mary of the provisions of their laws or regulations applicable to the parcels exchanged between the two contracting c~untries, and other items necessary for carrying out the exchange of parcels. These Regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the Parcel Post Agreement comes into force and shall have the same duration as the Agree- ment.
