ARTICLE XXVII Any controver~y which may arise between the two Govern- ments on the subject of the clauses of the present accord shall be submitted to arbitration in case it cannot be settled through diplomatic channels, in accordance with the Arbitration Treaty of January 7, 1909 be- tween the two countries. Signed at Port-au -Prince in duplicate in the English and French languages, this seventh day of August, 1933.
