Holaday, late AmerIcan consul at Manchester, England] the sum of $6,000, being one year's salary of her deceased husband, who died while in the Foreign Service, and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwiso appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act.
