Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congr ess as semble d, That there is h ereby author ized t o be a ppropr iated, out of any money in the Trea sury not otherwise appropriate d, the sum of $6,500, or so mu ch thereof as may be necessary, for the expenses of participation by the United States in the conference to convene at Brussels, Belgium, for the purpose of revising the Convention for the Protection of Lite rary and Artistic Works, concl uded at Bern, September 9, 188 6, and revised at Rome, June 2, 1928, including personal services in the District of Columbia and elsewhere without reference to the Classification Act of 1923, as amended; stenographic, reporting, and other serv ices by contract, if deemed ne cessary, without regard to section 3709 of the Revised Statutes (U .
