bers of Congress, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows Preparation . 151 . MEMORIAL ADDRESSES ; PREPARATION ; DISTRIBUTION .-After the fi nal a djourn ment o f each sess ion of Congr ess, there shall be com - pi led, prepar ed, pr inted with illust ration s, an d boun d in c loth in one volume, in such style, form, and manner as may be directed by the Joint Committee on Printing, without extra co mpensation to Contents. any employee t herefor, the legislative proce edings of Congress and the exercises at the general memorial services held in the House of Representatives during each session relative to the death of any Member of Congress, together w ith all memorial addresses and eulogies published in the Congressional Record during the same ses- si on of Congr ess in conne ction there with, and s uch ot her ma tter a s Copies printed . the committee may consider relevant thereto ; and there shall be printed as many copies as may be required to supply the total quan- tity hereinafter provided, of which number fifty copies, bound in full morocco, with gilt edges, suitably lettered as may be requested, shall be delivered to the family of the deceased, and the remaining copies shall be distributed as follows Distribution . Of all eulogies on deceased Members of Congress there shall be delivered, through the Postmaster of each House, to the Vice Presi- dent and each Sen ato r, Rep rese nta tiv e, Dele gat e, and Res ide nt Commissioner in Congress, one copy . Of the eulogies on deceased Senators there shall be furnished two hundre d and fifty copie s for each S enator of t he Sta te rep resen ted by the deceased and twenty copies for each Representative therefrom . Of the eulogies on deceased Represent atives, Delegates, and Resi- dent Commissioners there shall be furnished two hundred and fifty copies for the successor in office of the deceased Member ; twenty copies for each of the other Representatives, Delegates, or Resident Commissioners of the State, Territory, or insular possession repre- sented by the deceased, and twenty copies for each Senator therefrom .
