For maintenance and operation of the several units of the Fort Peck project, Montana, including not to exceed four thousand acres under the West Side Canal of the Poplar River Division, $7,000, reimbursable, together with $3,000 from which amount expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934 . For operation and maintenance of the irrigation systems on the Flathead In dian R eservat ion, M ontana, $12,0 00, reimbursable, together with $80,000 ( operation and maintenance col lections) and $45,000 (power revenues), from which amounts of $80,000 and $45,000, respectively, expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934 ; in all, $137,000 . For improvement, maintenance, and operation of the irrigation systems on the Crow Reservation, Montana, including maintenance assessments payable to the Two Leggins Water Users' Association and Bozeman Trail Ditch Company, Montana, properly assessable against lands allotted to the Indians and irrigable thereunder, $10,000, reimbursable, together with $30,000 from which amo unt expendit ures shall not exceed the agg regate receipts covered in to the Trea sury in accorda nce with secti on 4 of the Per manent Appro- priation Repeal Act, 1934 . For payment of annual installment of reclamation charges against Paiute Indian lands within the Newlands reclamation project, Nevada, $5,381 ; and for payment in advance, as provided by district law, of operation and maintenance assessments, including as sess - ment s for the opera tion of drains to the Truckee -Carson irrigat ion district, which district, under contract, is operating the Newlands rec lama tion pro ject , $7 ,033 , to be imme diat ely av ailabl e ; in all, $12,414. For oper atio n an d ma inte nanc e of the Hog back irr igat ion proj ect on that part of the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico under the juri sdiction of the Northern Navaj o Agency, $15, 000, reimbursab le, together with $5,000, from which amount expenditures shall not exce ed the aggregat e receipts cove red into the T reasury in acco rd- ance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934. For maintenance and operation of the Fruitlan ds irrigation project, Navajo Reservation, New Mexico, $14,000, reimbursable, together with $4,000, from which amount expenditures shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accord- ance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934 . For operation and maintenance assessments on newly reclaimed Indian lands within the Middle Rio Grande conservancy district, New Mexico, $11,250, or so much thereof as may be necessary, reim- bursable .
