Legislative expenses : For salaries of members, $21,500 ; mileage of members, $9,600 ; salaries of employees, $5,200 ; printing, indexing, comparing proofs, and binding laws, printing, indexing, and binding journals, stationery, supplies, printing of bills, reports, and so forth, $9,600 ; in all $46,000, to be expended under the direction of the Governor of Alaska . For the establishment and maintenance of public schools, Territory of Alaska, $50,000 : Provided, That expenditures under such $50,000 shall not exceed the aggregate receipts covered into the Treasury in accordance with section 4 of the Permanent Appropriation Repeal Act, 1934.
