chapter XVIII of the Code of Law for the District of Columbia is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph Trust companies, "Any company transacting the business of a trust company and untildisso succession heretofore or hereafter organized or operating under the provisions of this chapter shall have perpetual succession from the date of its organizatio n, or until s uch time as it be dissolved, or until it s fran- chise shall become forfeited by reason of violation of law, or until terminated by either a general or special Act of Congress or until its affairs be placed in the hands of aa receiver and finally wound up by him ." Department of Agriculture . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secre- tary of Agriculture is hereby authorized and directed to collect and publish statistics of raw peanuts, shelled, unshelled, and crushed, and peanut oil, in the United States, in the possession of warehouse- men, brokers, cleaners, shellers, dealers, growers' cooperative asso- ciations, or owners other than the original producers of peanuts . Such statistics shall show the quality of peanuts in such details as to k inds- Virgin ias, R unners, Spa nish, and im porte d vari eties- as the Secretary shall deem necessary for the purposes of this Act . All rep orts exc ept thos e requir ed from persons owning o r operat ing peanut picking or thres hing mac hines sh all be s ubmitted monthly in each year. Peanuts. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Con gress assembled, Th at the fifth paragraph of section 98 of the Judicial Code, as amended (U . S . C., 1934 edition, title 28, sec. 179), is amended to read as follows "The terms of the district court for the middle district shall be held at Rockingham on the first Mondays in March and September; at Salisbury on the third Mondays in April and October; at Winston- Sal em on the first Mondays in May and November; at Greensboro on the first Mondays in June and December; at Wilkesboro on the third Mondays in May and November; and at Durham on the first Monday in February and the fourth Monday in September : Pr o- vided, That the cities of Winston-Salem, Rockingham, and Durham shall each provide and furnish at its own expense a suitable and convenient place for hol ding the distr ict court unt il Federal bu ildings containing quarters for the court are erected at such places ."
