[Public, No. 796 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the court established by section 1 of the Act of March 3, 1863 (12 Stat . 762), entitled "An Act to reorganize the courts in the District of Colum- bia, and for other purposes", shall hereafter be known as the district court of the United States for the District of Columbia

That nothing in this Act shall affect the jurisdiction or functions of the court . App roved, June 25, 1936 . [CHAPTER 805 .] AN ACT Authorizin g the Secretary of A griculture to convey certain lands to the Maryland-

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Capita i Park n a tio nal of Agriculture be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to ning Co mmi ssio n, convey, by a good and sufficient deed to the Maryland-National Conveyance of cer- tain lands to, for park, Capital Park and Planning Commission, a public agency created by it ec d, purposes, author- the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter 448 of laws of the 1927 session of said Assembly, all of that piece or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in Montgomery County, in the State of Maryland, being a part of the area compr ising the Be thesd a Expe riment al St ation of the Bur eau of A nimal In dustry, designat ed and d escribed as the east eighteen acres . This land is to be used exclusively for Rever siona ry pr ovi- public
parkway, or laplayground
and if the said 'to" Maryl a park, -Ntonal Cital Park and Plapurposes; nig Cmmission fails to use such lands for the purposes herein provided, or at any time discontinue the use of such lands for the purposes herein provided, or attempts to alienate such lands, title thereto shall revert to the United States of America . The control and supervision of this land Retention of control until transfer of animal shall remain in the Secretary of Agriculture until such time, after experiment station, approval of this Act, as will ena ble the Departme nt of A gricultu re etc ' completed . to complete the transfer of the animal experimental station now located on the lands hereto fore describe d to the new s ite at Beltsv ille, and to complete the emergency research studies now being conducted . The Secretary of Agriculture is further authorized, in his discretion to issue to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission a revocable permit for the remaining thirty-two acres of the Be the sda Experimental Station of the Bureau of Animal Industry .
